How much would you pay to have a company's voracity checked-out so that you could perform your business transactions without the constant worry of being scammed? A complete report will be compiled, including photographs of the main parties, copies of business certificates, personal ID, their factories and equipment.

Is this price too high a price to pay for relief from the above mentioned worries? You decide what your peace of mind is worth to you.

Doesn't it make sense to have a little insurance. Even if you're only paying for goods worth $10,000 USD, wouldn't it be better to have someone check out your seller first, before handing over any money?

What's the process?

STAGE 1

Before we visit your prospective supplier, a formula email will be sent to them requesting the following data on your behalf.

1. Company name

2. Company Registered Address

3. Year of Established

4. Business License Number

5. Accreditation or Affiliation

6. Office or Plant Area Space

7. Annual Turnover

9. Major Customers

10. Foreign Client References

11. Product Range & Categories

12. Available Processes

13. Available Production Equipment & Current Status

14. Quality Testing Equipment/Staff & Current Status

15. Quality Testing System & certification

16. Staff Breakdown & Company Organization Chart

17. List of Senior Directors & Management Team

Stage 2

Only after we receive a response from your prospective supplier shall we pay a personal visit to them to ensure the voracity of the above mentioned data, and their claims; which we will have received in response to our initial contact email.

This will also afford us the opportunity of communicating face-to-face with management, sales teams, and company workers.

Additionally we shall make copies of all appropriate documentation, and take photographs of our visit and the principal parties involved, which will be included in the finished report, which we shall send to you with our findings.

The information we provide in the report should enable you to quickly and easily determine the suitability of your prospective supplier.

So, if you're planning on putting in an order for $5,000, $50,000 or $500,000, it makes sense to spend that little extra as an insurance, and for safety-sake, doesn't it?

Whether you are seeking out a specific product, a producer to manufacture parts, equipment, or to whom you can out-source your complete production line, Your China Trading Partner are ready to assist.

Product & Supplier Sourcing Fee Schedule

Once a transaction has been successfully completed, the client owes Your China Trading Partner a "Success Fee" for its' services.

This commission (excluding taxes, if any, and bank fees) is calculated as a nominal percentage of the total value of the actual transaction, as described in the table below:

EXAMPLE TRANSACTION

On a transaction of food product amounting to USD 120,000 the applicable rate would apply as follows:

2.5% from 1 to 50,000 USD 

2% from 50,000 to 100,000 USD, and

1% from 100,000 to 120,000 USD

Therefore, the client would owe Your China Trading Partner a net commission of:

1250 USD + 1000 USD + 200 USD = 2,450 USD

Payments

Your China Trading Partner accepts payments by electronic bank transfer.

The invoice that is issued when a service is charged specifies all payment terms and bank references.
