Services
Your China Trading Partner focus specifically in the areas of product and production site sourcing, Supplier Status Verification and Factory Background Auditing.
Understand this
Before you go on to read the following. Please, understand that It isn't all doom and gloom. Not everyone in China is out to skin you. There are many excellent and willing partners to be found for you here in China.
However, as in any country, there are always unscrupulous individuals, whose sole purpose seems to be to muddy the waters, or spoil the barrel, for everyone else. Excuse the mixed metaphors there.
Sadly the reality is, however, that those waters have indeed been muddied.
What's more, and to make matters worse - you don't live here - and can't distinguish the sharks from the fish at a distance.
And that is precisely why we at Your China Trading Partner are here for you. Our sole function is to ensure that you are dealing with the fish and not the sharks.
Now I'd like to say just a few more words before you read on:
barn door - horses fled - hindsight - foresight - prevention - cure - cry - spilled milk - ounce - preparation - pound - cure - buyer - beware!
That being said, please read on.
Supplier Status Verification & Factory Background Auditing
Got Money To Burn?

How much would you pay to have a company's voracity checked-out so that you could perform your business transactions without the constant worry of being scammed? Or to remove that daily feeling of panic until your delivery arrives? Or, to stop sweating because of the delays that you just can't understand or fathom? How valuable would it be to you to have someone you can trust, to represent your needs in China? Finally, what would you pay to be able to sleep soundly at night?
$1,000 USD?
$500 USD?
How about between
$175*-
$250
USD?
Yes, for
between
$175*-
$250
USD
per man day
we will
undertake to
go down to the factory
and check it out for you, as
your
representative here
in
China.
A complete report will
be compiled, including photographs of the main parties,
copies of business certificates, personal ID, their factories and equipment.
Is this price too high a price to pay for relief from the above mentioned worries? You decide what your peace of mind is worth to you.
Doesn't it make sense to have a little insurance. Even if you're only paying for goods worth $10,000 USD, wouldn't it be better to have someone check out your seller first, before handing over any money?
Or are you just a very trusting person?
What's the process?
STAGE 1
Before we visit your prospective
supplier, a formula email will be
sent to them requesting the
following data on your behalf.
1. Company name
2.
Company Registered Address
3.
Year of Established
4.

5.
Accreditation or Affiliation

12.

13.

14.

Equipment/Staff & Current Status
15.

certification
16.
Staff Breakdown & Company Organization Chart
17. List of Senior Directors & Management Team
Stage 2
Only after we receive a response from your prospective supplier shall we pay a personal visit to them to ensure the voracity of the above mentioned data, and their claims; which we will have received in response to our initial contact email.
This will also afford us the
opportunity of communicating
face-to-face with
management,
sales teams, and
company workers.
Additionally we shall make copies of all
appropriate documentation, and take photographs of
our visit and the principal parties involved, which will be
included in the finished report, which we shall send to you
with our findings.
The information we provide in the
report should enable you to quickly and easily
determine the suitability of your prospective supplier.
So, if you're planning on putting in an order for $5,000,
$50,000 or $500,000, it makes sense to spend that little
extra as an insurance, and for safety-sake, doesn't it?
A moment of your time - if you please!

"Do yourself and your business a favour.
Take a time-out and spend a small amount of money to have a proper factory audit and background check done.
Before you pay more than the price you agreed on!"
*This price applies to the Beijing and Tianjing areas only.
If you'd like a quote for other provinces, please email us your SPECIFIC request.
