WHAT IS DUE DILIGENCE?
Well, according to most definitions, due diligence is a term which is used describe a variety of concepts involving either the performance of an investigation of a business or person, or the performance of an act with a certain standard of care.
In certain instances due diligence may actually be a legal obligation, however the term will more commonly apply to voluntary investigations.
A common example of due diligence in various industries is the process through which a potential buyer evaluates a target company or its assets prior to an acquisition.
However, for the business or person wishing to do business with any country so geographically, politically, and legislatively different, from one's native land, then one had better consider due diligence as an absolute necessity to trading safely and ensuring one does not lose one's investment.
Due Diligence is nothing more nor less than an absolute duty one owes to oneself, or to the business one is employed by, or for which one is requested or required to carry out the task of purchasing goods or services essential to that business' continuance.

Only after we receive a response from your prospective supplier, and have checked their existence with governmental business services here in China, shall we pay a personal visit to them to ensure the gross voracity of the above mentioned data, and their subsequent claims; which we will have received in response to our initial contact email.
This will also afford us the opportunity of
communicating
face-to-face with
management,
sales teams, and
company workers.
Additionally we shall make copies of all appropriate
documentation, and take photographs of our visit and the
principal parties involved, which will be included in the finished
report, which we shall send to you
with our findings.
The information we provide in the report should enable you to quickly
and easily determine the suitability or viability
of any prospective supplier.

successfully completed, the client owes YCTP a "Success
Fee" for its' services.
This commission is calculated as a nominal percentage of the total value of the actual transaction, as described in the table below.
